Dr. Danielle Kauppinen is an anesthesiologist committed to providing safe, personalized care while making the surgical experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible. Originally from Glendale, Arizona, she attended Arizona State University and earned her medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her anesthesiology residency at UT Health San Antonio, a busy Level I trauma center where she trained across a wide range of complex, high-acuity cases.
Dr. Kauppinen especially values the patient experience and strives to bring a calm, compassionate presence to every interaction. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, running, and spending time with her husband and son.
